Arbiter shown in new Killer Instinct/Halo Tease

Looks like the Arbiter will be showing up in some form in Killer Instinct Season 3 according to the new teaser released today.

Amusing he is a playable fighter, he will be the second guest character alongside Rash from Battletoads.
